About Tyler Resh

Built From
the Inside Out.

Nearly two decades working in, advising, and leading growth for the RIA industry. There is no view of this business Tyler hasn't had.

Tyler Resh
01
Investment Banker
He knows what drives firm value.
As a founding member of ECHELON Partners, Tyler was involved in more than 100 RIA transactions and valuations. He has seen the actual data — across hundreds of firms, under the hood — that separates elite growth businesses from those that plateau.
02
Growth Operator
He's built growth systems at scale.
Eight years at First Foundation Inc. overseeing marketing, business development, PR, and communications across wealth management, banking, and trust — supporting 60+ advisors and expanding into five new states. He didn't just advise the system. He ran it.
03
Practitioner
He's built it himself.
Tyler has run growth at a multi-billion dollar RIA — which means every framework and system he brings to growthXstack clients has been tested and refined in a real firm, in real time. This is not theory.

Most growth consultants know
one side of the business.
Tyler has seen all of them.

Chapter 01
The Foundation
Where it started.
Tyler began his career as a management consultant — first at a boutique strategy firm in Downtown Los Angeles, then at a nationwide consultancy serving Fortune 500 companies. He was trained to solve complex business problems with rigor and frameworks, not guesswork.
UCLA. International Economics. A decade before most advisors have seen their first major market cycle.
Chapter 02
The Investment Banking Years
Learning what drives value.
As a founding member of ECHELON Partners — a leading investment bank focused exclusively on the wealth management industry — Tyler was involved in approximately 100 transactions and consulting assignments.
He conducted valuations on some of the nation's top RIAs, giving him an extraordinary view into what separates elite, high-growth firms from those that plateau. Most consultants guess at what drives RIA firm value. Tyler has seen the actual data.
Chapter 03
The Operator Years
Building growth at scale.
At First Foundation Inc., Tyler spent eight years as the executive responsible for marketing, business development, public relations, investor relations, communications, and branding across three lines of business: private wealth management, banking, and trust services.
He supported 60+ advice-giving professionals. Built digital content programs, COI referral networks, custodial referral channels (Schwab and TD Ameritrade), and M&A-driven growth strategies. Expanded the company into five new states. He built the systems — and watched them work.
Chapter 04
The Practitioner
Running growth at a top-tier RIA.
As a C-level executive at a $4+B RIA focused on growth, Tyler has seen what separates firms that scale from those that plateau — across business development, marketing, and both organic and inorganic growth strategy.
He built growthXstack because the frameworks, systems, and playbooks that give elite RIA firms their growth edge aren't available to most advisors. That's the gap this platform exists to close.
The Mission
"Work with great people. Lift the profile of the industry. Help firms reach more clients to improve their lives."

growthXstack exists to become the defining growth platform for the wealth management industry — the McKinsey of RIA growth. Not by replacing what advisors do, but by giving them the systems, intelligence, and support to do more of it.

The advisors who win over the next decade will be the ones who built repeatable engines — not the ones who worked the hardest. We're here to build those engines together.
